The service
DolphinPage, powered by Lengo LLC, provides website creation, domain setup, managed hosting, and ongoing care. Your setup includes technical SEO, Google indexing setup, and AI search optimization. Your project brief and the details shown before payment describe your requested website. Contact dolph@dolphinpage.org with questions.
Your account and materials
Use an email address you control and keep sign-in codes private. Provide accurate project details and only materials that you own or have permission to use. By submitting materials, you allow us to use them to create and maintain your website. Do not submit unlawful content or materials that infringe someone else’s rights.
Pricing and payments
All prices are in USD. Setup is $119 today and Basic membership is $29/month starting one calendar month later. Membership covers $10 per year toward your domain. Any registration price above $10 is added to setup; any agreed annual renewal extra is billed once a year on the membership invoice on or after the anniversary. Domains and delivery
A search result does not reserve or register a domain. Availability is checked again before checkout, and registration is completed during fulfillment. If a selected domain becomes unavailable, we will contact you about alternatives. Delivery is within 7 days of payment and receipt of a complete brief and materials, usually within 48 hours. Missing information or materials can delay the start of that delivery period.
Search visibility and changes
We prepare your website for discovery, but search engines and AI platforms decide what they index, rank, and recommend. Specific rankings or placements are not guaranteed. Use your account to request website changes; we will follow up if a request needs clarification or a separate scope agreement.
Cancellation, billing questions, and refunds
To request cancellation, discuss your domain or website handover, or raise a billing or refund question, email dolph@dolphinpage.org. We will confirm the request and explain any effect on hosting and domain renewal. Refund requests are reviewed with regard to work already performed and applicable consumer rights. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates and support
Changes to these terms will appear on this page with an updated date. Any change to your agreed billing amount requires a separate billing update; it is not applied automatically from domain lookup results. For support, email dolph@dolphinpage.org.
