Privacy policy
How we handle your information.

Who we are
DolphinPage is powered by Lengo LLC. This policy covers the DolphinPage website, account, domain search, and website creation service. For privacy questions or requests, email dolph@dolphinpage.org.
What we collect
We receive the domain names you search for; your email address when you request a sign-in code; and your name, chosen domain and style, website story, goals, and any images when you continue to checkout. We also store account, order, payment-reference, and change-request records. Our hosting infrastructure processes technical request information, including IP addresses used for rate limiting and security. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your brief or uploads.
Why we use it
We use this information to check domain availability, send verification codes, secure your account, arrange payment, build and care for your website, respond to requests, and prevent misuse. Your project details are used to prepare content for your website; discuss anything that should remain private with us before publication. Where applicable, processing is based on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in security and support, and legal obligations for transaction records.
Services that help us deliver
Cloudflare provides hosting, registrar quotes, private file storage, account storage, and email delivery. When a Cloudflare quote is unavailable, we send candidate domain names to Vercel to check availability and estimate prices. We may also check the domain’s public registry to confirm that an exact name is taken. A description used for naming ideas stays in your browser; only domain candidates are sent for these checks. Stripe processes payment and receives your email, product descriptions, and project reference. Payment card details are entered in Stripe Checkout, not in our project form. Project briefs and images are stored privately for fulfillment; they are not public downloads. Project and change-request notifications go to our service team. Domain registration may require additional registrant information, which we will request as needed. Providers may process information in countries other than your own; their policies describe their own processing: Cloudflare, Vercel and Stripe.
Cookies and browser storage
We use an essential sign-in cookie to keep your account signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out revokes that session. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes and can be used once. This site does not include advertising or analytics trackers. See our Cookie policy for details.
Keeping your information
Account and project records support your account, website service, and customer requests. Transaction records may also be needed for accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. Expired verification and session records are periodically cleaned up. A brief submitted to checkout may remain even if payment is abandoned. Contact us to request deletion or ask about the records associated with your account; information needed for outstanding obligations may need to be retained.
Your choices and requests
Email dolph@dolphinpage.org to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to ask about portability, restriction, or objection where these rights apply. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Depending on where you live, you may also raise a concern with your local privacy authority. You can block cookies in your browser, although account and checkout features need the sign-in cookie.
Updates and contact
We will update this page when our data practices change and show the revised date here. For any questions about your information, contact dolph@dolphinpage.org.
