Do I need to know anything about websites?

No technical experience is needed. Tell us about your work and the kind of website you have in mind. We handle the design, build, web address setup, and hosting.

What do I need to provide?

A description of what you do, who it’s for, and what you’d like your website to help with. You can add a logo, photos, or inspiration if you have them. Images are optional when you start. We’ll let you know if we need more material to finish your website.

Can you help with the words?

Yes. Start with notes in your own words. We use your brief to shape clear website copy, and we’ll follow up if we need more information about your business.

What if I already have a domain or website?

Email us before you order so we can discuss your current setup and what you’d like to keep. The online signup flow is for a new domain; existing websites and domain transfers need a separate check.

When will my website be ready?

Your website will be ready within 7 days of payment and receiving your complete brief and materials. We usually finish within 48 hours. If anything is missing, we’ll follow up with you.

How do I make changes after launch?

Sign in to your account and describe the change you need. You can follow its progress there. If a request needs clarification or a separate scope agreement, we’ll follow up with you.

Will people find me on Google?

We prepare your website for search engines and AI search, and submit it to Google for indexing. Search platforms decide what they show, so particular rankings, recommendations, or numbers of enquiries cannot be guaranteed.

What if I want to cancel?

Email us to request cancellation or discuss handing over your domain and website. We’ll confirm the request and explain what it means for hosting and domain renewal. See our cancellation and billing terms for details.
